Relief Society sisters were treated to a fabulous fashion show and luncheon. The activity began with the SunRiver 3rd Branch Jazz Dancers killing it with "Dancing Queen." Then fashion moderator Yolie introduced our glamorous models wearing LuLaRae fashions brought to us by resident Betty Erickson. A delicious luncheon of Hawaiian haystacks and cupcakes finished off one of the most successful activities of the year. Thanks to Sue Olson and her activities committee for such an enjoyable time.
The cultural hall was ablaze in fall colors of orange and gold as branch members and their guests dined on chicken pot pie, an array of salads, rolls, and of course -- pumpkin pie. Everyone sang classic tunes and enjoyed country/western singer Bud Corkin. Many thanks to committee chairs Val and Bart Hogan and their hardworking assistants the Ethridges, Nicosias, Bennetts, and Mary Ann Cousineau. So great to see the snowbirds back!
