How to Deal With the Dog Days of Summer!

 HOW TO DEAL WITH THE DOG DAYS OF SUMMER!

This month we were excited to start our new “TWO SESSION” Relief Society Activity. This was done to enable sisters that work or have different schedules to join us at their most convenient time. The morning session started at 10:30 am and the evening session was at 6:30 pm…. 

Of course our cute Stacey greeted us with a doggie bag full of nutritious treats.

Our guest speaker was Dr Michael Wimmer.  He discussed tips on healthy living.  We also received great information, such as:

1.    Disease prevention

2.    Get energized

5.    Invest in yourself

In the morning session, Becky Moberly, from the SunRiver 3rd Branch,  taught us Balance & Strength Exercises to 
IMPROVE OUR BALANCE.



We received handouts so we can do these exercises at home!
