Gather

We gathered in the cultural hall Tuesday, November 12th for a fun Relief Society activity of a wonderful brunch, a cute craft, and an inspirational story from Traveler Nicosia.

The tables were decorated with beautiful fall centerpieces.

Pumpkins were on display all around the cultural hall.

Friendships were strengthened.

"a true friend is somebody who can make us feel better no matter how bad things may be." -Unknown

Brunch was served consisting of colorful fruits,
breakfast casseroles (quiche), and pumpkin roll.

Here is the recipe for the breakfast casserole.

This handout suggests thoughtful ways to brighten your day as well as others.

But charity is the pure love of Christ, and it endureth forever; and whoso is found possessed of it at the last day, it shall be well with him.

Traveler Nicosia shared her story telling talent of a beautiful story of gathering that she 'worked on in her mind.'

She doesn't have a hard copy to share with us at this time and the video was too long to upload to the blog.   Thank you, Traveler, for the beautiful story.

Angie Beirdneau shows the finished project.

As always, thank you to our Relief Society Activity Committee for a wonderful event!

Gratitude turns what we have into enough.

I am grateful to each of you for reading and supporting the blog.  And allowing me to take your photos each month.

Thank you!
