"Souper Saturday" of Feasting

Relief Society sisters enjoyed an all day marathon of spiritual nourishment, socializing and crafting. The morning talks and music inspired and spiritually strengthened us and were followed by a meal of scrumptious soups, healthy side dishes, and desserts. After lunch came the crafts classes which included beautiful canvas paintings, etched lid containers, counter tiles, embroidered cards, rice bags, and pumpkin stars.  What a fun day! Our thanks go to our mighty Activities Leader Dawn Oler and her hard working committee, as well as to the speakers, including President Runyan, and crafts instructors, and to all those who brought food. How blessed we are to be in such a wonderful Branch!

Harvest Feast Branch Social

SunRiver 4th Branch members, family and friends enjoyed a bounty of delicious soups, chilis, salads, and desserts.  All joined in a game of getting to know one another in the lobby.  We learned of each other's talents, travels, hobbies, likes and dislikes. Such fascinating people in our Branch! The highlight of the evening was a slide show of members' photos from 40 years back.  So much fun guessing the identities! We are so grateful to the creative and energetic social committee chaired by Shirley and Craig Erickson and which included the Baileys, the Ricketts, the Lowes and the DeSilvas.  Thank you for the terrific party!
